🍅Tomato masala chaat is a unique snack recipe which is easy and healthy. It’s the best evening snack garnished with sweet and spicy chutneys. It’s one of my favorite snack dish which can be prepared instantly if you have chaat chutneys available. I always prepare chaat chutneys ahead of the time and any chaat recipe can be prepared instantly and it’s the best dish while you are carving for snacks😋.
I love chaats more than any other dishes and it’s good to serve to our family in a healthy way😀. So I avoid eating chaats at restaurants and try to prepare homemade which will be fabulous and I promise you can’t resist with just one plate. Tomato masala chaat is unique and healthy snack which is incredibly tasty.
- 3-4 tomato sliced
- 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot grated
- 1/2 cup green chutney
- 1/2 cup sweet chutney (tamarind dates chutney)
- 1/4 cup fries masala ground nuts optional
- for taste garam masala
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup puffed rice/ murmura
- to garnish sev
Finely slice tomatoes , chop onions , coriander leaves and grate the carrot then keep aside.
Place the tomato slices next to each other in serving plate.
Spread green chutney and Tamarind dates chutney (sweet chutney) on each slice.
Sprinkle salt and garam masala over the slices.
Top it with chopped onions and grated carrot on each slice of tomatoes.
Generously sprinkle sev and puffed rice .
Delicious tomato masala chat is ready to serve.
- Tomato masala chaat should be served instantly .
- Adding groundnuts is optional.
