Mango lassi recipe

Simple and sweet mango lassi is a popular traditional yogurt based drink. Mango lassi is classic savoury drink which is smooth, thick,incredibly tasty and it’s most favorite drink. It’s summer time in US and mangoes are every where. I was waiting for this season just for mangoes😉.

Thick,smooth and tasty traditional mango lassi.

Servings: 2 glasses

  • 1 mango big
  • 1/2 cup thick curd
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  1. Peel and cut the mango in to pieces and add to the blender.

  2. Now add curd, milk, sugar, cardamom powder in to blender.

  3. Blend in to smooth, thick drink. (adjust with milk or water based on consistency of lassi)

  4. Serve classic cool mango lassi .

Recipe Notes
  • I added cardamom seeds instead of powder but it’s optional.
  • Milk or water can be added to adjust the consistency of lassi.
  • In addition, adjust the quantity of sugar based on your taste.
  • Ice cubes can be added to the lassi but it’s optional.
